Between the cycling doc we shot in Colombia and the 3 births I supported this month--August has been MAGICAL! The mama of this little human called me last night at 6pm and asked to meet her at the hospital. We met 20 minutes later and as she talked through her surges, joked and smiled-she had us all fooled that she was in active labor. By 8:30pm with a smile on her face, she said "Liz, I think I need to push." The doctor came in and waited for the nurses to set the table up but this baby could not wait. Annie came into the world so gently and peacefully guided by her super chill mama at 8:45pm. #womenaremagic#thefutureisfemale#naturalbirth#doulalife
My latest piece for the #DearSelfLoveMeProject If you're new to my page, this is a women's empowerment art project I started to celebrate our bodies. Girls send me nudes or selfies and I paint them the way I see them
For this particular painting, I saw this girl standing in front of her mirror which is a portal to paradise. A paradise that's already in her. A place she can be transported when looking at her reflection. I put butterflies in her hair and throughout the painting because I can tell she's in a state of becoming and transformation. What a pleasure to paint y'all ladies #WomenAreMagic
The Goddess says, "Scorpio, ruled by water, is like that of a lake whose depth is a mystery" Celebrating a New Moon in Scorpio - may seeds of intentions be planted in the depths of subconscious, grow in between and bloom in the super conscious, in alignment with creatrix. #womenaremagic#weRinbetween
Feeling ✨ alive ✨ with the divine feminine today after an incredible private event with My Little Yoni and the wild tribe last night. So many beautiful, adventurous, and embodied women as well as powerful, confident male allies! A space of sensuality and mutual respect, these kind of events are the antidote our society needs right now. 🚺✊🏽
Enjoyed seeing this fun piece at the @fineartscenter over the weekend! A detail from Brazilian digital artist @elisariemer “Pleasure (Uterus)” 2015. I associate so much angst and pain with my ovaries and uterus, so it’s really refreshing to reimagine them as a land of feminine playfulness and pleasure.
