Ingredients: beets, carrots, juicing oranges, turmeric root and ginger root.
The juice is packed with beta-carotene, iron, magnesium, vitamins C and B6! The beet juice releases nitric oxide into your blood vessels - lowering your blood pressure.
I added an inch of turmeric and ginger root for flavour and their antioxidant properties. They're both great to fight off flus and kill off any infections.
