Always strive to push yourself to new levels. Do things that make you feel uncomfortable because that burning sensation inside your muscles means that you’re working towards a stronger, better version of yourself. Set a goal inside your head and don’t quit until you reach it! It’s ok to take breaks but always strive to reach your maximum potential. Here’s some killer pull-up variations to really test your strength and willpower and get you an amazing, sculpted back! Aim to do as many reps as you can with proper form. Pull-ups are a max rep exercise so always work towards reaching that max! 1️⃣ Around the world pull-ups 2️⃣ Weighted Chin-ups 3️⃣ Switch-Grip Pull-ups 4️⃣ Towel Pull-ups 5️⃣ Pull-up Iso Hold (strive to hold for 15 sec. and aim to do 5 total)
