The triceps pushdown exercise that posted 5 posts ago works for women too and not just for men. I get a lot of messages from women saying that they don't want to get big like a man. The only way that will happen is if you eat ALOT, lift very heavy weights, and do a lot less reps. Here I am having my client Julie do the same exercise (just with a straight bar) and we are using lighter weight and with a lot of high reps. We do 4-5 sets and just focus on the isolated movement and contraction of the muscle. I added a pic of her not working out so you can see how she looks everyday, and this is with her lifting actual weights. So don't be shy ladies. Lift them weights and "keep it right, keep it tight"!!! Go ahead and tell your female friends who can benefit from this.
