8.3 BMU test...after the open I started the bar muscle up mastery by wod prep, very good as a supplemental part of your program...I was doing 5 ub bar muscle ups but not much more as it was always tougher than rings, I never did 15 ub on rings 👍🏻💪🏻

What’s hard now, will one day be a warm up 💫

My #waybackwednesday picture is from when I completed the @crossfit #games #open in February 2018. This workout involved the dreaded overhead squat and at the time I was only able squat 45lbs overhead. At the end of the workout, I was proud of myself for trying, but was convinced that I would never be comfortable (mentally & physically) enough to squat much more. •
Fast forward to yesterday (swipe right). Yesterday, I PR’d for my overhead squat and was able to squat 85lbs for 2 reps. •
The biggest difference between my squat in February and in July has nothing to do with the increase in weight (don’t get me wrong, I am definitely excited), but my mindset and perspective. This movement still makes me feel uneasy, but yesterday for the first time I was able to lean into that fear and push through. That right there is a huge personal gain. •
I challenge you to change your perspective. Just think about all that you can gain 💪🏻❤️

Lizzie who we love dearly is the pusher in the group ...some of us tend to just give up but Liz encourages us to push through hence the video today shes away so she can see we are not playing around while shes gone ...6 rounds of 5 assisted pullups 1 assisted negative pullup .. .

Happy Sunday Funday ✌🏻😎. For me, today started with coffee and a quick 10 minute jog🏃🏻‍♀️. •
Although I despise running, @crossfit involves a lot of cardio and endurance and this girl has some SERIOUS goals 🙌🏻. One of which involves moving each day for 1 year. This mornings workout marked 21 consecutive days of movement 😃

I was able to knock out my jog at a good pace, while catching some rays all before noon ☀️
