⠀ 📝 I call this technique "Happy Hour". This is how we create the SHOCK & AWE when people first get worked on with the @theragun. You would think using 2 TheraGuns would be 2x as cool as two. Guess again boys and girls - it is like 10x!⠀

👨‍⚕️ With the dual vibration/percussive overload our nervous system basically has the closest thing it can to an org...... ok, you know what I mean 🤪 But the therapeutic results are also wild! It is like a percussive kick to your nervous system telling it to Chill-ax and leaves you feeling like a million bucks 💸💵💰💎⠀

🔍 The How To: ⠀

1️⃣ Start by letting the TheraGuns "float" over the traps (if your coordination is not the best, no worries).⠀

2️⃣ From there you can trace around the bottom border of the shoulder blade (inferior border of the scapula for us 🤓 or 🧠) and start getting into the lats and under the arm area. When your client gets goosebumps then you know your doing it right 😅⠀

3️⃣ Then trace your way back to the spot between or actually below now the shoulder blades and move down the muscles that follow the spine (🧠 Longissimus Thoracic, Illiocostalis, & Lats/Low Traps area 🤓)⠀

4️⃣ I then like to move into the butt region by wrapping the TheraGuns around their hips a bit (Glute Max, Glut Med, Post. Portion TFL 🤓) Feel free to hold and press on any spots that you think need a little extra ❤️ ⠀

5️⃣ Then do it all again but now moving up towards the spine. Almost like your backtracking everything you already did. I choose to not usually end around their neck and trap area as it is a bit hard on the nervous system. On this athlete I "brushed" off on her delts. Many times (I will post this later) I like to finish with something I call the 🎄 "Christmas Tree Finish" 🎄⠀

Finally & Totally Optional:
@drjasonwersland 😅😂 always gives me some shit for, is I like to ask if the client wants the "Zweite Stufe" or broken English/German for the "second level". Waking up early, when the rest of the world is asleep is THE way to get things done. Period. I always say there are no emergencies going on at 5 am because you’re the only one awake.
Also you have no guilt (this is for the ladies) over taking care of yourself and not spending time w/your boo or your kiddos, because you know why? They’re asleep too. Hee hee
Starting the day by taking care of yourself first, whether it be by setting your endorphins on fire bright and early, or reading a book that’ll get your mind right sets the tone for your day.
My morning routine is getting up at 4:30 am, and while I travel to @crossfit_fort_pierce I’m listening to a podcast or motivational dissertation by @brendonburchard, @darrenjhardy, @melrobbinslive (or some of my other superheroes) to get me going. I continue this when I get back home and prep my food for the day if I haven’t done so the night prior before getting my 🍑 to work.
Set the tone of your day. Be responsible for yourself. No one can take better care of yourself than you. So whatever you do, do NOT hit that snooze button! The alarm rings, bounce out of bed. When we were kids we had our parents to discipline us or get us out of bed to get to school on time in the mornings, now it’s up to you to parent yourself (as @melrobbinslive would say).

21 Box jumps *step down
Today is 20 minutes of quality movement patterns. Do not rush through anything today.
You will have the urge to kip or not get full range in the push up, fight that urge.
Today’s box jumps are about JUMPING, not just getting your feet on the box. Take your time and work on the actual jump.
