Sooo...I’m on a mission to shed some water weight and debloat before a beach weekend getaway this Friday. I bought this one piece from Victoria secret at the beginning of the summer and never wore it because it’s high leg and it highlights my love handles. I can make it work by pulling the sides further down but I’m doing a detox before I go to the beach. From today until Friday I’ll be having liquids only, so low cal drinks, protein shakes, water, thin soups, etc. I also found this 2 day detox mix that you put in water so hopefully that helps as well. DISCLAIMER: this isn’t right for everyone so please keep that in mind. I’m hoping to get as close to 160 as possible by Friday. I’ll be posting daily weigh ins from now until Friday!!
