Tomorrow is my first day of work with my kiddos. The past 2 weeks have shown me that plain and simple I really need to get my shit together and get my head back in the game. Today, I wanted to just relax and get myself mentally ready for tomorrow. Instead, I got the laundry done, changed our sheets, washed the dishes, washed my makeup brushes, and most importantly, meal prepped. The last thing I want to worry about is what I'm eating and making poor choices. I'm going back to weighing myself on a regular basis, counting my calorie, protein and carb intake, and getting my vitamins and water in! I also want to make a real effort to post more often, to hold myself accountable.
