What inspired you to run for co-president of Women in Technology Law (WiTL) this year? – Throughout my life, I have seen women create, innovate, and revolutionize in many spaces, despite the numerous challenges and obstacles that we encounter. I was thrilled to find an organization devoted to fostering such professional relationships in WiTL and am so excited to further develop our resources and opportunities next year
What has been your favorite law school class so far? – Civil Procedure and Criminal Law
Are you involved with any other organizations/clubs at the law school? – Berkeley Technology Law Journal (BTLJ)
What are your plans after law school? – Directly after graduation, I would like to work in IP litigation. I am also interested in clerking. Ultimately, I would like to be a partner at a law firm, trying cases and making diversity a reality by shaping teams and culture.
Favorite law school moment so far? – Presenting oral argument at the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco! / Impulse buying three final sale lamps with classmates after our final.
Favorite hobby outside of law school? – Traveling, cheese-tasting, and fencing.
Favorite food spot in Berkeley/SF? – Berkeley: The Cheese Board (the cheese shop side!) and Trattoria La Siciliana. SF: El Porteño Empanadas and Mister Jiu’s.
