Trying out some air fryer recipes from Phillips, I've only been making fries in it so far so it was time to try out something new :) These are cheeseballs made vegan (basically I left the cheese out of it🤭) and so easy to make! . Boil 2 big potatoes, mash them and mix together with turmeric powder (1/2 teaspoon), red chilli powder (1 teaspoon), black pepper powder (1/2 teaspoon), cumin powder (1/2 teaspoon), glutenfree breadcrumbs (half cup) and salt. I also added some parsley.
Make perfect round-shaped balls and dust them with besan.
Preheat the unit on 200°C for five minutes and put the potatoe balls in it for 10 more minutes.
