@readfordementia are doing a great campaign from 4th - 8th September, which is to read a book from your past/childhood to "keep the memory alive" and raise awareness of Dementia & Alzheimer's.
This is important to me because my grandad had dementia. I went to my local library and browsed the YA section like I often used to, to see if I recognised any books from my young teen years. I spotted Witch Child by Celia Rees, which I remember being about a young woman whose grandmother is good at herbal remedies and healing and so gets accused of being a witch. I can't remember any other details so I'm looking forward to reading it again! 🔮
