Just compared my progress pics to when I took 2nd place to reigning Ms. Olympia Juliana Malacarne in 2014 and I am excited 😊 Prepped myself this year and pretty sure I am coming in better than ever! People already asking me what I will change peak week? Not too much at all! No carb load, no water depletion, no sodium manipulation....liking what I see so I'm just going to ride it out! The worst thing to do is make all these crazy changes during "peak week" which only confuses your body and then you start retaining water, going flat, cramping up, etc. Just like that saying, "If it's not broken, don't fix it!"
