Y’all I made some crispy and beautiful keto baked wings tonight.
Flavors are as follows:
Savory Homemade Curry Spice with toasted fennel (One o’clock)
Traditional Mild Buffalo (Six o’clock)
Sweet Sesame garlic, ginger topped with crushed red pepper flakes (Eleven o’clock)
These wings took forever because I used my toaster oven (so’s to not overheat my house) and I wanted them super crispy.
Dredged in baking soda and kosher salt before baking helped tremendously in giving me the texture I wanted.
So juicy, flavorful, and crispy they didn’t need the butter/yogurt/mayo based blue cheese in the middle, but I globbed it on there at the end to get my fats in for the day.
Also, my kitchen is not currently conducive to fine food photography. I’ll do better in future and I really just wanted to eat my wings!!!
