Being able to move your body, and exercise is such a gift!
Don't take it for granted! Exercise, eat well, drink water, and get rest. Make yourself a priority, and take the time to take care of YOU!! Put yourself last, ignore your health, and pretty soon you won't be able to enjoy life or the people that you love.
