📸 @wina_wina - Who wants a bite of this delicious meatless kimchi mandoo?! ☺️ RECIPE 📝
Filling:
1/2 cup well fermented kimchi, chopped
1/2 block of firm tofu, drained & crushed
1 1/2 cup of fresh shiitake mushrooms, chopped
1 cup of clear yam noodles, cooked & chopped into small bits
1/2 onion, chopped
3 stalks of green onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
* Tip: Chop all the items into fairly small bits so that you get a nice bite of everything
Season filling with:
1 Tbs light soy sauce
1 Tbs sake
1 Tbs mushroom seasoning
1 ts sugar
1 ts black pepper
1 ts white pepper
2 Tbs corn starch

1 pack of round pot sticker/dumpling wrappers
1 small bowl of water
Napa cabbage or lettuce, optional

Sauce:
1 Tbs soysauce
1 ts rice vinegar
1/2 ts Sesame oil
black pepper
sesame seeds

1. Prepare the list of ingredients above and begin with seasoning the filling. Make sure that you mix everything evenly so that each bite will be consistent.
2. Take a wrapper and place a spoonful of filling onto the center. Be sure to leave enough room for folding in half with half an inch of room for sealing. Dip your finger into the bowl of water and paint it onto half of wrapper. Fold wrapper in half and gently press. Take the pointy ends of the half circle, place a dab of water on it and connect the ends. That's it!
3. Take all your wrapped dumplings and place them onto a steam rack. You can line the steam rack with Napa cabbage or lettuce to prevent sticking but I found that not all wrappers stick.
4. Once the water boils, steam for about 15 minutes and remove. Enjoy with the sauce recipe above or by itself!

1 pound linguine
1 pound shrimp
1 pound mussels
1/2 pound scallops
1/2 pound cherry tomatoes, halved
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 Tablespoons garlic, minced
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
4 Tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups white wine
Salt & Pepper
Fresh chopped parsley
1. Cook the linguine until almost done.
2. Add olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add garlic and crushed red pepper and cook for a couple minutes until fragrant.
4. Add cherry tomatoes
5. Add butter, shrimp, wine and bring to a boil
6. Add scallops & mussels
7. Lower heat to simmer
8. Add pasta to the sauce & simmer until thickened
9. Season with salt & pepper and top with parsley

Notes *Diced tomatoes & tomato sauce should be about 14.5 ounces. Tomato paste should be about 6 ounces. *Remove casings from sausage if needed. *Strain excess oil from the Italian sausage. *You can replace the red wine with water but the taste will be altered. *Cook the sauce in a low simmer.

It's been a while since I've done some heavy lifting so I made some veggie stir fry noodles with crispy potstickers! Who wants some?! ☺️

Who wants to eat a wina wina chicken dina! These Korean gochujang wings are so yummy and super easy to make! Just marinate the chicken legs overnight, toss them in the oven & you got a delicious home cooked meal with little effort!
Recipe below 👇👇Happy Sunday my friends! ☺

Spicy sweet gochujang baked chicken 🍗 -1 pound chicken legs
-4 Tbs sweet pepper paste, gochujang
-4 Tbs light soy sauce -3 cloves of garlic, minced
-2 Tbs brown sugar
-2 Tbs sake -2 Tbs sesame oil
-1 tsp salt

1. Make above marinade & place in a baggie with 1 pound chicken legs & marinate over night.
2. Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes
3. Turn chicken over and bake for another 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
Enjoy with white rice & kimchi! ☺ .

Wina Wina Shrimp Scampi Pasta! Check out my video on how I made this quickie, delicious pasta with simple ingredients! Tag a friend to make this for you!
Note: I didn't have white wine so I substituted with chicken broth. The shells add flavor so don't skip this step. Cook the pasta so that the center is still a bit firm. Allow the starch from the pasta to soak into the sauce. Add a little more broth if it gets too dry. Season with salt & pepper to taste!

Who wants spicy fried ramen with shrimp & veggies. Just stir fry shrimp, veggies, onions, & scallions with fresh ramen and add stir fry sauce!

Here's the ingredients for the stir fry sauce:
1 Tbs Soy sauce
1 Tbs Korean Soup soy sauce
1 Tbs Sugar
1 Tbs Red pepper paste (Gochujang)
1 Tbs sesame oil
1 tsp minced garlic
black pepper to taste

Tips:
-Stir fry shrimp, set aside, and add it in the last 5 minutes for perfectly cooked shrimp.
-Stir fry veggies until tender and add fresh blanched ramen.
-Add only half of the sauce first, then mix, taste, tweak to your liking. - Add up to 1/4 cup of water or broth if the dish is too thick.

Bone in ribeye served with crying tiger steak sauce, rice & corn. Do you like bone in or bone out!? I picked up these juicy steaks at @safeway #honolulu #hawaii on sale for only $6.99/lb. What a wina, right!?! ☺

Pro tip: Sprinkle kosher salt generously on your steak & let it sit for about an hour. Rinse steak of salt & water gently. Pat dry & fry in one Tbs oil on med high until crusting & then flip. This steak turned out super juicy, flavorful, tender & delicious!
