One of which being the joy and connection it brings, making something from scratch that your loved ones can enjoy is a truly wonderful experience. Japanesse Cheese Cake

Bahan A :
250 gr cream cheese
50 gr butter
120 ml susu cair
6 kuning telur
60 gr terigu 
20 gr maizena

Bahan B :
6 putih telur
120 gr gula pasir 
1 sdm air jeruk nipis

Cara : 
Siapkan loyang ukuran 20cm olesi margarin dan alasi dengan baking paper, sisihkan. Panaskan oven suhu 150-160 derajat Celcius. 
Lelehkan cream cheese, butter, susu cair dengan api kecil sampai rata (tidak perlu sampai mendidih). Angkat. Biarkan hingga hangat lalu masukkan kuning telur satu per satu sambil diaduk rata. 
Lalu tambahkan tepung terigu+maizena yang telah diayak, aduk rata, sisihkan. 
Kocok putih telur hingga berbusa, tambahkan air jeruk lalu gula secara bertahap, kocok hingga soft peak. 
Ambil 1/3 adonan putel lalu tambahkan ke bahan A aduk balik, lalu masukkan semua bahan A ke dalam kocokan putel aduk balik hingga rata dan homogen. 
Tuang kedalam loyang, hentak-hentakkan pelan untuk melepaskan gelembung udara. 
Panggang selama 75-80 menit denga teknik au bain marie (loyang utama diatas loyang lebih besar berisi air +-1cm). Setelah matang, keluarkan dari oven, balik cake diatas baking paper atau serbet bersih agar tadi lengket lalu dinginkan dicooling rack. .
