Today I added a few extra's like fermented probiotics & Wild C, food grade essential oils & chia seed oil. I always add a protein powder like organic INCA INCHI protein powder along with ground flaxseed. To top all of this Ningxia Red for a great antioxidant & energy boost. Lots of spinach, blueberries & a small mango. You can add this to water, dairy free milk or coconut water.
TIP: always freshly grind your seeds this way you can absorb and assimilate the natural oils found in these seeds including the fibre. If you don't mill or grind the seeds they go straight through without being properly digested. Flaxseed is high in omega 3 oils and is excellent for your skin. If you suffer from dry itchy skin, start addding flaxseeds to your diet. Your skin will thank! Your skin will become soft & supple.. Start slow with seeds and increase your water intake as they are also high in fibre. Consume upto 5 tablespoons per day for amazing health benefits.
