My first stab at a homebrew spontaneous sour ale. Brewed a 12 Plato wort almost 8 months ago, set it outside next to oak and pecan trees to cool over night, sealed it up and let it do its thing for a few weeks. Added blueberries at 4 months and she has been cruising ever since. Tons of fruity funk(blueberries still in) and hints of oak which I wasn’t at all expecting. Gonna let it cruise till it reaches a year and get it in bottles. I love weird and sour beer and really stoked to have been able to take a stab at this and it turn out good.
