Earth Day is every day.
Every day we should be finding ways to reduce our waste and destruction of this planet that we have been blessed with.
No matter what you believe, the Earth was created BEFORE us.
We owe this planet everything.
One way to treat it better is to be mindful of the ingredients of products you buy. If they are made with products that the sourcing of is creating huge disruptions to our ecosystem and other beings...don't buy it. Find an alternative. I promise there is one. When the sales go down the demand goes down. Boycotting works!!! We must force companies to develop better practices to save the planet.
Please consider NOT BUYING PRODUCTS WITH PALM OIL!!! .
Why, you ask???

Palm oil is possibly one of the most useful ingredients on the planet and that is where all the trouble starts. It's in nearly half of all packaged products found in supermarkets and around 70 percent of cosmetics.
And that's where the trouble starts. It's not palm oil, but where it grows well. In rainforest climates. What this means is that rain forests are being cut down illegally in uncontrolled clearing, leaving millions homeless - orangutans, elephants, tigers & humans, as the natural habitat disappears. In the last 25 years, nearly 32 million hectares of forests have disappeared from the face of Indonesia alone. Gone forever - and with the loss of homes, the loss of carbon sinks.
There are so many better alternatives to palm oil. Please choose products that don't contain it or contain sustainably farmed palm oil.
