I did it!! I finished day one and I’m still alive to talk about it lol. I have to be honest, I was nervous about starting this new adventure in my fitness!!
I was nervous about the length of the workouts, and especially the fact that I have to eat BEFORE my workouts! This is something that I don’t normally do, so it was a big change for me! The breakfast was just enough food to power me through that workout!
The support and prep that we have been doing in my accountability group has been so helpful to set us up for success on day one and beyond!
It’s going to take some getting used to this program (the first 2-3 weeks of anything new are tough, but you DO get used to it IF you persist!).
