Идя по улице домой пару дней назад я поняла, что зима это не так-то и плохо, до тех пор, пока не трясутся коленки и не щиплет лицо от мороза😅 теперь же, привет декабрьские минус 10👋🏻 зато приятно приходить домой и в гости, снимать качан одежды и пить горячий чай или какао. Все таки жара не способствует к кучкованию по вечерам у друзей и знакомых, когда зайдя с мороза уютно забиваешься под плед. А еще можно надевать свитеры и рубашки, а в моем случае их мало никогда не бывает😅 кто как коротает выходные зимой?) я домосед и абсолютно не лыжник, поэтому мои овации тем, кто морозным утром может в комбезах мчать по склонам🏂

Есть теория, что каждый человек склонен к определенному виду шопинга: обувь, украшения, одежда, фигурки и етс. У меня это однозначно книги и кухонная утварь. Периодически, правда, накатывает желание купить еще одну шляпку/блузку или спортивные штаны/топ, но я держусь✊🏻😂 всегда перед очередной покупкой задаю себе вопрос:"тебе это действительно надо?" Даже если идет речь о покупке кофе на улице. Обычно из таких мелочей потом и складываются значительные суммы, поэтому важно спасать свой бюджет от ненужных трат. Я установила себе лимит, и на прихоти не трачу больше 10% своего дохода. Так у меня остаются средства покупать все остальное. А ведь последний месяц получился солидным: и блендер, и весы, и мультипекарь, украшения на стол, и вот эта вот пепельно-голубая миска со светло-зеленой тарелкой, которые я так хотела. В общем, краткая история полета моей зарплаты😄

Тыквенный суп-пюре💙
получился ооочень вкусным, вчера сразу весь закончился, сегодня пришлось готовить заново и в двойном объеме😀

Ингредиенты:
✅тыква - 500гр
✅лук репчатый - 1 большой
✅куриный/овощной бульон - 200мл
✅масло сливочное - 20гр
✅сливки 10% - 50мл
✅чеснок - 2-3 зубчика
✅мускатный орех - 1/4ч.л
✅соль по вкусу
Лук слегка обжарить до золотистого цвета, добавить чеснок и кубики тыквы, через минут 3-5 влить бульон, довести все до кипения, когда тыква станет мягкой измельчить смесь блендером. После добавить сливки, мускатный орех и соль. Я суп подавала с фасолью, свежей капустой и мясом👌🏻

I mentioned before, the importance of soaking grains, but legumes, beans, nuts and seeds all benefit from being properly soaked. They all contain so-called antinutrients – particularly phytates and enzyme inhibitors – which reduce the absorption of nutrients from the digestive system. Soaking reduces these anti-nutrients and improves the nutritional value. .

Wednesdays. The day where you need to be creative with what’s left in your fridge before hitting the farmers market in the afternoon. I dreamt up this one while I was walking this morning. I think about food. A lot. ☺️ Egg wrap surrounding grilled asparagus, topped with mushrooms sautéed with ghee and local garlic (🙏🏼 @bee_gentle ), sprinkled with shallots and a side of coconut yoghurt with freshly grated turmeric grown by a crop and swap friend. #brunchlove #localfoodmovement

When I'm home before 6, I'm able to make a fresh cooked meal.... Tonight I was excited to rush home to make some grass-fed butter fried chicken thighs and green beans sauteed in butter and pink Himalayan salt... My 6 yo had two adult size portions... I don't even know where she puts it 🤔

Butter Fried Chicken Thighs:
2 oz Grass Fed Butter
6 Chicken Thighs (with skin!)
Seasoning to taste

Directions: Melt the butter in an oven safe frying pan. Add the chicken thighs skin side down and pan fry for 6 minutes. Season as desired (walk away, you don't even have to watch them 🤗). Flip and let sear for another 4-6 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400°. Place your frying pan in the oven and let cook for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Enjoy!

For this black bean purée I soaked the beans for 24 h in filtered water with 1tbsp of apple cider vinegar.
Adding aromatics to the beans while simmering, is a must for flavour. Today I added garlic, thyme, celery and onion. After 1 1/2 hours of simmering I puréed the beans together with baked purple sweet potato and yellow carrot. To finish off, I added a splash of beetroot kvas, the liquid from raw pickled beetroot. .

Домашний шоколад 🍫❤️
Среди прочих десертов шоколад всегда был одним из моих фаворитов. В далекой юности мне, привыкшей к сладким молочным плиткам, однажды принесли "настоящий" шоколад (~90% какао🤓), так вот - я плевалась!😂 "да чтоб я еще раз...!" - думала тогда я😂
Года прошли, я поменяла свои вкусы и теперь умею отличить приторный какао продукт от действительно хорошего шоколада. Мне очень нравится темный горький шоколад, однако все лежащее на прилавках, чтобы там ни писали на этикетках, содержит очень много сахара, т.е такой шоколад это исключительно десерт. Прошло немало времени, прежде чем я нашла отличный вариант практически на каждый день - горький шоколад "Победа" 72% какао без сахара на стевии. Стевия - это натуральный подсластитель и, в отличие от сахара, не вызывает инсулинового бума в крови (~то бишь жира на🍑🤓). Последнее время я добавляла примерно 8-10гр такого шоколада на завтрак🤤 как и у любого хорошего продукта состав у него короткий - какао-масло, бобы и подсластитель. И если все так просто... почему бы не сделать его дома?!😀 после недолгих совещаний с гуглом выяснилось, что чистое съедобное какао-масло у нас большая редкость, а значит полноценный шоколад, в привычном его понимании, сделать не получится и вкус, конечно, будет отличаться. Но как домашний вариант очень даже. Поэтому, сладкоежки всех мастей, вот для вас решение - рецепт домашнего шоколада:) Ингредиенты:
✅какао - 100гр
✅молоко - 70мл
✅масло сливочное - 60гр
✅подсластитель/сахар
✅ваниль

1️⃣ молоко поставить на плиту, не доводя до кипения размешать с какао
2️⃣ влить растопленное сливочное масло и добавить подсластитель и ваниль
3️⃣ прокипятить буквально минуту-две
4️⃣ залить в форму и убрать в морозильник. Орехи и другие добавки - опционально.
Я залила часть в форму для льда и добавила изюм - получились шоколадные конфетки. Правда, будьте готовы к тому, что из-за добавления сливочного масла, при комнатной температуре шоколад размягчится🙈 увлекаться таким десертом не стоит, но эксперимент сделать можно😉

Working towards one day having real abs to show off. but as of lately I’ve been focusing on intuitively eating a wholesome diet combined with fasted cardio a few times a week in order to progress with this goal. It’s been about a week of doing this after 5 months of eating practically whatever I want (while tracking macros). I’m very happy with the bit of definition starting to appear on my stomach and how good it’s been making my body feel so I plan to work hard at this for the next 8 weeks to see how far I progress and how my body responds to this change

This morning while gorging down my food because I was late for uni as usual, I realized something. We are so stuck in our fast living system, we don´t even make the time for the most fundamental aspect of human health anymore. Often times we stuff our face with food as soon as we are hungry and then move on.

So I asked myself: Do I ever acknowledge the sacrifice that went into the production of my food? Do I ever find stillness in my body before taking in this nourishment? Am I mindful of my body while consuming these foods? I think you can imagine my answer.

Food is not just carbs and protein and fat, it is your connection, your relationship to n a t u r e ✨
You need to understand that this is the most important medicine you´re going to take that day.

I´m not saying eat kale and spirulina all day. But be present. Be mindful. Understand what the food you are about to take in contains, educate yourself, know what your body can take from it and learn to listen to your body’s reaction. And then appreciate it. Appreciate the fact that you are able to eat these foods, appreciate it´s healing power. Be grateful. Do not punish your body with food that does not nourish you. I think once you consume more conscious, you will no longer go towards these highly processed unhealthy foods anyway.

Understand that everything is connected. We are a part of nature. I believe that by feeding our body nourishing foods we increase our capacity to experience the energies within and around us and therefor our eternal oneness. For me this is the only way to live a healthy balanced life.

Решила поделиться вариантом завтрака для лентяев вроде меня😁 Это овсяный блинчик с какао, мягким творогом и хурмой. Делается полминуты в блендере и три на сковороде. Ингредиенты:
✅овсянка 40гр
✅кефир/молоко 1ст.л
✅яйцо
✅какао 3ч.л

Все просто: измельчить в блендере и обжарить на сковороде с двух сторон. У меня сковородка антипригарная, я делаю без масла, но при желании можно добавить кусочек сливочного. Поверхность смазать йогуртом или творогом, разложить любимых фруктов, украсить кокосовой стружкой, корицей или маком🤤

Я лично очень люблю эти наши базарчики, лавочки и будочки, где полки просто ломятся от всевозможных фруктов, овощей и специй. Там не заплатишь по привычке картой и обязательно спросишь скидку, дабы следовать местному торговому этикету😁 продавцы приветливо улыбаются и завсегдатаев знают в лицо. Есть у меня один такой знакомый, я всегда покупаю у него орехи. В разных местах брала, но цена/качество у него лучшие. И вот появлюсь я у его лавки, побеседую немного о том о сем, а он обязательно вручит мне горсть новоприбывших фисташек и отберет лучших грецких с моими любимыми кешью и миндалем👌🏻 люблю такой душевный подход к маркетингу😎

Рецепт:
✅нут - 150г
✅оливковое масло - 2-3ст.л
✅перец
✅зира 1-2ч.л.
✅чеснок
✅кунжут

1️⃣Нут на ночь замочить, на утро воду поменять и отваривать примерно 3 часа пока не станет мягким. Добавит соль и еще пару минут прокипятить. Бульон оставить!)
2️⃣В блендере смешать нут и все сухие ингредиенты (хотя я кунжут не добавляла), вливать отвар до получения кремообразной консистенции и добавить масло. Хумус готов, подавать с лавашем🤗
