Me levante con ganas de Comer Apple Crumble y Cheescake. Y me puse a pensar cómo hacer para combinar estos increíbles postres y salieron estas bombas👏👏👏👏👏 No solo que quede contento con el resultado sino que creo que me empache porque de lo bueno que estaban me clave 4 cuadrados al hilo y ahora estoy escribiendo la receta echado en el sillón sin poder moverme 😜Pero valió la pena y pienso a la Noche entrarles devuelta😋
CHEESECAKE CON CROCANTE DE MANZANA Y SALTED CARAMEL
*Corteza:
-120gr(1tz) Galletitas Trituradas
-105gr(3/4tz) Avena Gruesa
-60gr(1/4tz) Azúcar
-110gr Manteca derretida 👉Precalentamos el Horno a temperatura media, 180grados. En un Bowl ponemos todos los ingredientes. Mezclar todo hasta que te quede bien integrado. Enmantecamos una fuente rectangular apta para Horno de 20x30cm aprox y colocamos la Masa de forma uniforme en la base de la fuente formando un piso parejo. Horneamos por 5min y reservamos mientras armamos el relleno👈
*Relleno:
-500gr Queso Crema(estilo Americano)
-2cda Maicena -60gr(1/4tz) Azúcar -60gr(1/4tz) Azúcar Marrón
-1/2cdta Jengibre Molido
-1cda Esencia de Vainilla -1pizca Sal
👉En un Bowl ponemos todos los ingredientes y batimos a velocidad alta hasta que este todo integrado y los granos de Azúcar se hayan disuelto bien. Colocamos el Relleno en la Fuente sobre el piso que hicimos de Masa. Reservamos mientras preparamos el Crocante👈
*Crocante:
-2 Manzanas peladas cortadas en rodajas
-60gr(1/4tz) Azúcar -35gr(1/4tz) Avena
-40gr(1/4tz) Harina
-1pizca Sal
-1cdta Esencia de Vainilla -2cda Aceite
👉En un Bowl colocamos el Azúcar, Harina, Avena, Esencia de Vainilla, Sal y el Aceite. Mezclamos todo hasta lograr tipo un Crumble. Colocamos las rodajas de Manzana en la Fuente procurando cubrir toda la Mezcla de Queso. Encima de las 🍎 tiramos el Crocante cubriendo las mismas. Horneamos por 45/50min. Dejamos que se enfríe 4hs en la Heladera, cortamos en cuadrados y por encima coronamos con la Salted Caramel(receta de la salsa en el 1er comentario)👈

For breakfast I had Skyr with cereal and half an apple. The last days my sister was eating breakfast as well so I didn't have to eat alone which made things a lot easier for me.😊
My morning snack in school was the other half of the apple and a piece of bread with vegan mushroom spread. School today was good but I am glad that it is weekend now.😍

1500 calories of unhealthy food VS 1500 calories of healthy food

Well... to begin with i must say that just because a food is dense with calories, doesn't mean it has the nutrients required to keep you going🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽 ----------------------------------------------------
Why would you choose the healthy meals instead of the junk food?
1. // You'll build more muscle // ✔️High protein, fibre and nutrients diet --> build and retain muscle mass --> burns calories even when you're resting ✖️Sugary and processed foods high in unhealthy fats --> lose some of the muscle mass --> not look or feel as good
2. // Your energy will be more sustained // ✖️if you eat your total days' worth of energy in Donuts or other highly processed food, you're essentially telling your body that you've decided to dump all of this energy at once, instead of slowly releasing it in timely bursts over the day ---> go through peaks and troughs with your energy --> feel hungry for much of the day ✖️Highly processed foods are low in fibre --> leads to gut issues such as bloating and stomach pain ✖️Heavily processed foods are lacking iron and other vitamins and minerals --> you'll feel fatigued
3. // You can eat bigger meals // ✔️1500 calories of healthy food will fill up a few plates --> more likely to be satiated and you won’t feel hungry again soon after eating ✖️ 1500 calories of junk food could be as in my example the equivalent of 3 donuts
4. // Your body composition will be better // ✖️Diet high in processed foods --> your body will store more fat (particulary around your stomach) ✔️ Healthy foods --> more muscle mass, improved mood and lower risk of chronic disease 💪🏼If you simply want to look better – no matter what the number on the scale is – then you'll need to focus on building muscle mass, and losing fat.💪🏼You need to understand that the type of foods you eat can actually play a role in how the body stores fat, and its not only about the calorie intake.
