Continuing our search for naturally yummy MSG-free food, we found Neunglado โ€“ a Michelin-starred restaurant serving cold buckwheat noodles. And oh boy, were they a cut above! The noodles are made in-house and are so light, fresh and tasty. You can really feel the quality. .

We had the version with spicy red sauce called Gochujang, which is made from glutinous rice, fermented soy beans and chilli. The taste is sweet, spicy, thick and almost grainy. It's extreeeeemely good!! Usually this sauce is packed with MSG, but today's felt very clean. (No nasty after effects ๐Ÿ˜…) .
