بودنق المانجا مع حبوب الشيا
وجبة إفطار تجهزينها من الليل عشان تكون جاهزة في الصباح مناسبة للطلبة وللأطفال والكبار
مافيها سكر وهذا أهم شي 👍
تاكلون شي وانتوا مرتاحين ولذيذة وبدون سكر
ياجماعة السكر العدو اللدود للإنسان وكل الأمراض تقريبا سببه السكر وللنساء خاااصة معلومة لكنّ جميعا بما فيهم آنا السكر ياحلوات يدمر الكولاجين يعني إذا تبين يصير شكلج أكبر من عمرج والخدود سايحة والتجاعيد غزت ويهج عليج بالسكر الأبيض 🤓
وجبة حلوة فيها مغذيات صحية وطعم لذيذ وبدون سكر ياسلام شنو ممكن نطلب أكثر!!خل نشيل فكرة إذا الأكلة حلوة يعني لازم فيها سكر
الحمدلله هذا كان زمان أول الحين نستمتع بالأكل وبدون سكر اللي دمرنا سنين واحنا ناكل منه
المقادير:-
مانجا حبة وحدة مستوية نقشرها ونقطعها ونحطها بالبلندر مع كوبين حليب اي نوع تحبين ممكن جوز الهند كوب وحليب اللوز كوب وممكن حليب العادي بس يكون عضوي خالي من الهرمونات وممكن حليب اللوز بروحه
ملعقتين طعام قيقب أو عسل عضوي
ملعقة متوسطة ونص فانيليا سائلة أو ربع ملعقة متوسطة ڤانيليا بودرة
٣ ملاعق طعام حبوب الشيا
الطريقة:-
نخلط كل المقادير بالبلندر ماعدا حبوب الشيا
ثم نضيف الشيا ونخلطها بالملعقة جيدا ونحفظها بالثلاجة طول الليل والصبح تشوفون القوام صار مثل البودنج والتزيين حسب ذوقك
ممكن قطع موز وأنواع التوت ورشة من حبوب الشيا وممكن قرانولا أو قطع من المانجا وتحطونه بالمق وتاخذونه معاكم وين ماتحبون واستمتعوا بالطعم 😋
وممكن تغيرون المانجا تحطون فراولة أو خوخ مفتوحة الوصفة لإبداعاتكم 😊
