Little bit of a late start this Saturday morning but better late than never ๐Ÿ˜Ž It's actually been a pretty hectic morning, I realized I left my purse at Chipotle yesterday but thank goodness somebody turned it in ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป Thankful for kind people in this world ๐Ÿ’•So this morning was spent retracing my steps yesterday and calling places trying to find it ๐Ÿ˜… But all is well and good ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐ŸปMy boyfriend said he's never taking Chipotle again ๐Ÿ˜‚(he's definitely kidding bc there's no way he can live without it either) Came back and had an @barelybread grain free bagel topped with alllll the goods ๐Ÿ˜ No better way to turn your morning around ๐Ÿ’ฏ I'm down visiting my bf and it's game day at his school ๐Ÿˆ So today will be spent tailgating and trying to survive the 90+ temps ๐Ÿ˜… Happy Saturday friends โค๏ธ ------------------------------------------ #whatsforbreakfast ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป 1 @barelybread cinnamon raisin bagel 1/2 sweet: @siggisdairy yogurt with bananas, strawberries, blackberries, @gr8nola, and topped with PB and 1/2 savory: topped with 1/2 avocado with Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning and then 1 egg fried in coconut oil ๐Ÿ’•

Buckwheat cashew cheese pizza with a pesto drizzle by @bjonr ๐Ÿ’š

Recipe
cashew cheese
1 C raw cashews (soaked and rinsed)
1 tsp tapioca flour
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 C unsweetened plant milk
half a squeezed lemon

kale pesto
3/4 C walnuts
1/2 C spinach leaves
1/2 C basil leaves
juice from 1 lemon
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp unrefined melted coconut oil
1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
pinch salt & pepper
add water to thin out consistency (or use less if you want thicker pesto)

1. add cashew cheese ingredients to blender and mix
2. heat cheese mixture on low for 8-10 minutes until thick, and youre done!
3. add pesto ingredients to a blender and mix
