👉🏻🥣Avremo una grande dose di carboidrati adatti per il pranzo; sono presenti anche moltissime proteine grazie al tonno al naturale. Infine, i grassi, forniti: dal formaggio, dal prosciutto cotto e dalle olive nere.🍽
