It's time for a basic #workout complex with some basic movements involving the whole body.
Perform it for 5-6 rounds:
1. Thrusters with dumbells - 12 reps
2. Pull-ups - 5-10 reps
3. Romanian deadlift with dumbells - 15 reps
4. Lateral shoulder raises - 10-12 reps
5. Side leg raises for the abs - 14-16 reps

If you don't have more time, finish with stretching.

Bodyweight (my weight that is) BB bench press and ALL of the push ups 🙌🏼

It has been a secret goal of mine to be able to bench press my own bodyweight (155lbs) for some time now.... I have slowly but surely been increasing my weight over the last year. This was my very first attempt at 155lbs (hence @timberwolfboxing spotting....because I was genuinely scared of squishing myself 😬) and it was not the smoothest, but I am pretty proud of it still! 🤗 -
PS This is one of those times I wish I weighed less 🙈😂

Those EXCUSES? They are just labels I assigned myself to keep from having to do the hard work, get uncomfortable, step outside my zone, ask for help... they don't have to be your REALITY, too. And like me, you can peel back that label whenever and start living the life you really crave.

• therefore involving lower reps but still involving the same set count.
• inducing more force and strength excerpted on my myofibrils stimulating muscle fiber I&II • strength and mass should follow for the end result. Allowing me to up my lifts and create a higher concentration (ATP) Adenosinetriphosphate. • Time given 1-3 months along with a caloric surplus.
