Washing machine broke down two weeks before we move. Winter arrived one day before we move. I’m rolling with the punches, focusing on what’s good and moving my body in an effort to move the stress through me— whenever I can. 🖤🌈✨🌓❄️🌨🌫🤸🏼‍♀️⏰⌛️💡
Here’s what I know to be true:
A variety of movement is always available to you. Practice balance in line at the grocery store by standing on one foot. Go on a walk with your friend to catch up instead of having coffee. (Coffee to go, anyone?) Play with the kids at the playground instead of watching. Years ago we were told, “Find the farthest parking spot from the store so you get more steps in!” Ok, sure. Good idea. AND— there is so much more available to us! Look for it. It’s waiting to be discovered. Your whole being will thank you! #moveyourdna

Finally been throwing some more upper body into my workouts for a lil while. Seeing some results. While still doing 16km long runs lol

So check it out, it took about 16 minutes to cook this wild salmon and plate the fruit and veggies. I know not everyone feels inspired to get creative with their food— that’s all fine— but for this person, I LOVE connecting with my food, preparing, kind of playing with design and color. It’s actually very soothing to my nervous system. My body doesn’t always love a static & silent meditation. But preparing my food with love and creativity gets me in #flow state. I try to be stay very mindful when I prepare a meal; really focusing on what I see, what I smell... and how my biology is responding. 🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈
Paying attention (on purpose)to all of you, to how your body is moving as you chop and cook, to the the ways the food lights up your different senses, to your thoughts coming and going... that’s wholly wild living.

When someone makes a decision to commit to WBF they most likely will go All in...first, they decide to trust us to make their goal a reality... second, they decide to let us take the reigns and guide them in the right direction, both physically and nutritionally. Finally, they allow themselves to have the vision of their goal! Countless times over the last 8 years we have made that dream a reality...it’s our passion!

FLASH BACK NSV: Size 10 jumpsuit and I can still fit it 🤗 maintainence has always been the most difficult part of my journey 😣 I would loose, gain, then loose again the same 40 lbs before I found IW and Keto. Now with help of intermitten fasting thrown into mix I am pretty consistant with weight and size. This time I'm changing focus to getting FIT and just toned arms, legs and a flat tummy but whole life fitness: Mind, Body, Spirit and Finanaces!!! 🌟
I am setting my goals but I don't want to do this alone 🤗 Imm starting an accountability group and want as many motivatied, positive, hopeful, and real people as possible! We are better together!
