Whole 30 Day 5: Meal 4 // Zuppa Toscana from @farmsteadchic - it's the perfect fall day for a pot of soup filled with bone broth, Italian sausage, red potatoes, kale, and creamy coconut milk. Today was seriously a fantastic day. I'm feeling great and the first early NSV are finding the motivation to run this week and noticing my stomach is super flat! Who doesn't love that!?
