Evansville Half Marathon in the books, 17 miles total. Tried for a PR in the half, but came up about a minute short. After the finish a buddy I made at mile 2 was handing out beers. "Don't mind if I do!" So I chugged it, and ran back a few miles on the course to find my friends who were running their first 13.1.
