It's the Friday before a long holiday weekend. Most people are excited for their BBQs, beach time, break from work, etc. But, we must not forget the reason for the long weekend. 🇺🇸
Now, I know a long holiday weekend can give some major anxiety about what they will eat, which bikini makes them look and feel good in their skin, you name it.
Let's prepare as we head into this weekend:
• right meals to keep us on track--- take snacks with you to ensure you get veggies in
• Look for healthier drink options-- my favorite is either Rose or a Vodka/La Croix. Both are incredibly refreshing. • Make sure to push play on your workout, first thing, do that you don't want to worry about it the rest of the day.
• Keep moving!
• Most importantly, stop the guilt! Although we may have the best intentions, sometimes an indulgent day happens. If you'd been good the rest of the weekend, kept up your water intake, and still worked out, it'll be ok! .
