Just a light little Saturday brunch, perfect for hot summer temps and days spent by the pool. Which coincidentally, is my plan for the entire weekend 😎 This little salad is just a spring mix mixed with a little lemon garlic dressing by @tessemaes. Add a little chicken sausage and a runny egg (extra salad dressing 😉) and you’ve got the perfect meal!
Not only is the #whole30 one of the biggest cognitive challenges I’ve experienced - but it’s also teaching me what my body likes to consume, and is screaming at me to recognize that there are some things my fragile little tummy can’t handle too. It’s really difficult, but really fun and interesting to get in tune to the functions of our own digestive systems and better understand the HUGE role it plays in our everyday lives.
