Our good friend @holycityhandcraft has been live streaming ice tutorials on his IG page over the past few weeks. He takes his followers through the whole process so that you can learn how elevate your cocktail ice experience at home. Here’s a sample of the tips he has shared with us: “I’ve gotten a lot of questions lately regarding how to cut my ice and tools I use to do so. I'd say, at the very least, you need a good hand saw made for cutting down wooden branches, I use a cleaver to make a break (sometimes I use a hammer too) and lastly a sharp 1.5" wood chisel to shape each cube. Water is your best friend, don't forget to rinse off each cube before letting them dry on a rack in the freezer. Drying is important so the cubes don't stick together when you store them. Be safe and good luck out there.” • •
