CRUNCHY ZUCCHY CHIPS
1. Turn the oven to 220DGโ€™s.
2. Line a baking tray with OLIVE OIL.
3. Cut 2 ZUCCHINI into finger sized pieces.
4. Beat an EGG in a separate bowl.
5. Mix a cup of BROWN RICE CRUMBS into a bowl, with SALT, TUMERIC & CUMIN.
6. Coat the Zuch in Egg first then the crumbs and place on the tray.
7. All on, Place it in the oven for 15mins. Take out and turn then back in for another 10 or till golden! ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿพ

Today I did my first beach 'sprint' session since being diagnosed with prolapse. It was a constant battle of fear and trusting my body. It wasn't great and it wasn't awful, I was prob more distracted by my giant breastfeeding boobs bouncing around ๐Ÿ™„

The moral is fear is a barrier, we make the choice whether we push through it or not. If you stay stuck don't expect things to just magically change, there is work that needs to be done ๐Ÿค™๐ŸผOh and I prob need to buy a more supportive bra that was also a lesson ๐Ÿ˜‚

Our Goddesses visited a local primary school as a part of their bicycle tour, to have some fun, play and share some laughter with the children.ย 
An enjoyable afternoon loved by all.ย ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–

Hanging out at Yallingup Beach today, as we drove through Dunsborough I was flooded with memories of when I was a teen and always felt like a total outcast in those towns, like I wasn't cool enough to be there. It gave me major social anxiety that I covered up by always drinking too much when I had to be at social occasions. A trap I still sometimes fall back into.

I felt like people made me feel less than they were, all I wanted was to be accepted. To me they were all so attractive, talented and confident.
.
Looking back now it wasn't those people that made me feel that way, it was a reflection back to me of my inability to accept myself and what I had to offer. I always wanted to be like others.
.
I had this thought what would I say to myself back then? As soon as I asked that question this was whispered back to me "you may not see it now but you are a total bad ass, you will be a force to be reckoned with"
.
I now accept my badassery and all that I have to offer because I no longer have the time to waste on thinking I am less than others and I want my girls to accept who they are, I will whisper this exact thing to them when they try and compare themselves to others.
