This weeks restaurant is extra special to us because @vjuans has been a mentor for us both during school and through our Sansara process. Chef is extremely talented, knowledge and his influences come from around the globe. His food is refined and approachable at the same time.
@tuyo has some of the best food and views in Miami. Our pre-Irma meal was exquisite and a welcomed escape from the chaos. Photos include: foie gras with figs (which is the only way and place we will eat foie from now on). Herb crusted tuna with a soy/ginger/lemongrass Demi - chef's got skills. Thank you chef for the wonderful meal and amazing advice. Everyone else... go to tuyo, it's incredible.
