• Super fast, super late, super solo bench night. Gave myself 1hr to hit whatever I could hit for a heavy single.

• Main: OHP heavy singles. After 95 x 2, tried for 105 and failed x 2 singles, failed 100 x 1, then did 95 for 5x1. Body is still super beat from bench singles on Monday and squat singles on Tuesday.

• Volume up, unless you don't like #girlswhogrunt or cussing, then keep the sound off. 😑.
• Main: goal- comp bench at/near 1rm for as many singles as possible, aimed for 5. Went with 135 (current 1rm is 140) and ALMOST got all 5 singles.
• I should have been clear and specific with my spotter on the 3rd single, and I should have reracked as soon as I knew it was all wrong, but I assumed he knew since he's spot me before, and I just went with it anyway, and that was all my bad. I totally had the 4th single trying to come back from the previous horrible rep, and gymbro barely touched it, so I'll take it. Didn't try to reclaim those reps bc #trainsmarternotharder, not trying to over-do it before maxing out next week.
• Extra light accessories: incline 3x15, single iso high row 3x12, single iso flat bench 3x10, JM press 3x15.
• Low intensity steady state cardio for 30min.
• Squats tomorrow.

• Main: 2RM at 95# (vid1), previously failed this attempt last cycle, then added in 2 singles at 100# (vid2,3) with a sick grind on the 2nd. Wish I had front or back video bc I was lopsided AF but I wasn't gonna put it down.

• Quick workout. Upper back toast from yesterdays rows. Was happy to see the gymbros today, missed them all week.
• Main: OHP 4RM @ 85#... could have been 90, maybe, but forgot to add the baby plates and hit 85 for a 2nd set. Went to 90 for the back down set for 2, then tried 95 for 2 but only got 1, first video. Then did 75# burnout for 8 reps, 2nd vid.
• Other: incline 95# 3x6 and landmine press 4x15 each side.

• Main: close grip 110# 3x5. Added 115# x 3 bc I rounded down from 80%/112# and felt guilty lol. It's still "deload" week and I'm ramping back up next week, so I let it go after that.
• Seconds: 25 total chin-ups (black band); rope pulldown 3x8; db preacher curls 3x8.
• Other stuff: Tate press 10, 12.5, 15, 17.5, 20# x 15; EZ bar cable pushdown 50# 3x15; db rolling tri ext 10# 3x15; alt hammer curl 25# x 5, then down the rack +2 reps each weight until 10# x 15.
• No cardio bc my calves are STILL tight and I NEED to deadlift tomorrow! UGH.

• 80% is not "deload". Shut up. Skipped one warm up set and it showed in my first work set as I missed my final rep. I know better. Added a work set to make sure I hit all my reps. Every set got stronger as I pulled it together.
• Main: OHP 85# 1x4 (missed 5th), 3x5.
• Second: facepulls 3x8 and db lat raise 3x8.
• Finisher: iso db incline press x 5ea to combo press x 5 from 20# to 40#, then dropset adding one rep each weight until 15# for iso x 10ea + combo x 50!

• My top sets yesterday were crap but I'm posting them anyway. Also, I did my whole bench workout with the wrong grip 😡.
• Main: comp/wide grip bench (instead of close grip) 120# 4x3 + 1x5.5. My work sets went really well, first video is last set, but my top amrap (2nd vid) was like... dumb, could have been stronger... bc I didn't lock in my set up correctly.
• Bc I didn't do close grip bench, I did a pyramid set of neutral grip db flat bench - 20# x 15, 25# x 12, 30# x 10, 35# x 8, 40# x 6, 45# x 4, 50# x 3 - 3rd vid. The set up with my spotter was SO weird. Yes, he had his hands on me but I didn't feel him pushing. My lats are super sore today 😍.
• Secondary: chin-ups x 40 total reps (lost count how many sets it took 😑 a lot, black band assist); tricep rope pushdown 50# 5x12; db preacher curl 12RM at 20# then dropped to 17.5# for 4x12.
• Finishers: incline db curl to neutral grip press 15# x 15, 12, 8; 2arm seated db tri ext dropset starting at 30#, down to 10# burnout (50+).
• Cardio: 10min open stride elliptical.

• First off, it's a birth mark 😒!!! Secondly, these shorts did me no favors, lol, but own it anyway 😬!! And third, I had my first lacrosse ball experience today and it was painfully AHMAYYYYZINNNG 😍😂.
• Main: OHP 90# x 2 bc failed 3rd rep, sooooo 85# 5x3 😑😑😑. Same weight as last week, less reps, more sets. WHAT. EVER. Failed 4th rep of AMRAP, third video, audible F bomb 💣.
• Secondary: 12RM face pull at 55# + 4x12 and 12RM lateral db raise at 15# + 4x12. That's progress on lat db raise bc I haaate them bc I suuuck at them.
• Finishers!: Fun 😎. 3 rounds of 2-hand landmine shoulder press with 25# x 12 each side, ~50ft trap bar carry with 45's, and 30sec battle rope with 1min rest between rounds.
• Cardio: 10min open stride elliptical.
