Yesterday during yoga I noticed a distinct pain under my right glute. Felt distinctly hamstringy and normally I would’ve panicked. But I was actually able to maintain my practice at an even pace with decent modifications and awareness. I was really proud of myself. My instruction after was to roll it out, rest, and strengthen. Did you know that foam rollers are actually the devil? 🔥🔥🔥 As cheesy as it is, injuries can teach you a lot if you listen.
