Do you plan your weekly meals or wing it when it gets to dinner time? I’m a bit of both and admit we could be a little better prepared for dinner. To be honest I’m not much of a dinner fan. Breakfast trumps it every time & with Phil’s all over the shop roster with night shifts sometimes I’ll settle for an easy omelette or smoothie... probably like tonight.
So here’s a plan for you tonight (and ours from last night). The little guy loved it too. Salads always take center stage in our household:
• Green salad
• Roast sweet potato
• Chicken with a weetbix crumb - yum!
