Prep soup!😋 Even when not on prep for a competition I am a very healthy person who eats good food and trains daily. Broccoli plays a big part in my diet on and off season and I love it, however, as I've currently been basically living on it I've came to a point where I can't even swallow it anymore without gipping!
So to stay on plan I have made prep soup:
Cup of broccoli
Pint of boiling water
Sprinkle of salt, pepper and garlic(maybe too much garlic🤣) And believe it or not even though it looks terrible it's amazing! 😍
