Le débrief : c’est le nom de la tartine que tu vois juste au-dessus. Un pain aux graines de la maison @maisonkayser avec une couche de fromage de chèvre, des poires, du miel et des noix. C’est à la fois sucré, salé, doux, croquant… hummm un délice. . 
D’ailleurs, je dois vous dire la vérité, c’était la tartine de @thefoodparisian, je lui ai presque piqué tellement je la trouvais bonne 😋 .

O Dia de Ação de Graças não é uma data que tem tradição em nossa cultura, mas a gratidão deve sim ser exercida a todo momento.

Dar graças é algo que podemos nos habituar, adquirir e praticar, e com o passar do tempo vai se tornando parte do nosso Ser.
A gratidão deve se manifestar não apenas quando acontecem as conquistas, e sim ao longo de todo o dia, ao acordar podemos ser gratos pelo descanso que tivemos, ao exercermos as tarefas que nos cabem realizar, no momento das refeições, no trânsito, nos relacionamentos, na vida. Somos gratos pelos aprendizados, pelos erros, acertos, recomeços, pelo sol, pela noite, pela chuva, por todos, por tudo.
E quando essa prática começa a fazer parte de nossa vida é simplesmente maravilhoso e divino.

Como não poderia deixar de ser nosso jantar de ação de graças foi uma sopinha para aquecer os corações meu e do marido.

Homemade Granola is so easy to make, tastes insanely delicious and is free of all the unhealthy oils and sugars that most store-bought granola contains 😍🙋 try it out!
Chocolate banana Granola
1 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp honey
1/3 cup chopped almonds
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 mashed bananas
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation:
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour mixture on it and spread it in a thin layer. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees (stirring halfway) until the granola is golden. Let it cool a little bit then add the chocolate chips and combine. Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Enjoy 🤤

Granola maison
16 c.s. de flocons d'avoine
2 c.s. de beurre de cacahuète
2 c.s. de miel
30 g d'amandes hachées
1 c.c. d'extrait de vanille
2 bananes écrasées
45 g de pépites de chocolat

Préparation:
Dans un grand bol, mélangez tous les ingrédients sauf les pépites de chocolat. Versez le mélange sur une plaque couverte de papier cuisson et étalez sur toute la surface. Cuire au four pendant 20 minutes à 350 degrés (en mélangeant de temps en temps ) jusqu'à ce que le granola soit doré. Laissez refroidir un peu puis ajoutez les pépites de chocolat et mélangez. Conservez dans une boite en fer ou un bocal hermétique.

Made the tastiest carbonara topped with mushrooms and broccoli topped with coconut bacon! This was seriously yummy you should try it 🙌🏻 Creamy Sauce:
1/2 cup soaked cashews
1 garlic clove
3/4 cup water
3tbsp nutritional yeast
2tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper

Blend ingredients together

Coconut Bacon:
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1tbsp soy sauce
1tsp agave nectar/maple syrup
Pinch of paprika
Pepper

Mix coconut in marinade then bake until crispy at 100 degrees (15-20 mins) 🎉
