Real talk: Bloat happens to all of us. I have a very VERY sensitive stomach and when I change my routine up, my environment, or travel -- it happens. Coming back from vacation guilt-free though. I don't coach or share my journey to be unrealistic, to share quick fixes, to make health, fitness, nutrition anything but a LIFE STYLE. I keep it real, and allow myself to enjoy life, but keep it balanced. My vacation was NOT my typical 80/20 and I'm 100% okay with that. My stomach, skin, and sleep schedule -- not so much. // I enjoyed room service, sweets, tropical sugary drinks, and so many other all inclusive amenities. Because guess what, we all deserve that every once and a while. I'm posting for my accountability, but also how just getting back to a simplified balanced diet can drastically help you get back on track, getting a routine down, and crushing a workout -- AND in a couple days can have me back to feeling normal again. Day 1 post vacation feels. Back to my plan + workout routine.
