Protein-Powder-Free Protein Waffles 👉🏽👉🏽 Mash 1/2 banana. Add 1 egg, 1 egg white. Stir. Add 1T flaxseed, 3T chickpea flour, 2T almond flour, 1/2T coconut flour, 2T almond milk, 1/2t baking soda, cinnamon + salt. Put batter into waffle iron (may need to do two batches) and cook until golden. Serves ☝🏽.

I had a @nocow bar today and it was goooooood! I’ve already tried this flavor before but some of y’all wanted me to review it so here it goes!
So first off, it’s a vegan protein bar so admittedly it has that powdery chalky vegan protein texture. But honestly I’ve been eating so many vegan bars I don’t notice it anymore. In fact I kinda enjoy the gritty texture. And the bar’s flavor is lemon meringue pie, and let me tell you, the flavor is AMAZING. It had quite a strong lemon flavor and woww I think this is the best lemon flavored bar I’ve had. The other lemon flavored bars are most subtle with their lemon, like the lemon flavor is an afterthought or something. But no this bar hits you with the citrus, and is perfectly balanced with the sweet so that the lemony sour isn’t overpowering but is still the star or the show. All in all, would definitely recommend!

I had a serious craving for them today, which is interesting. My Dad made grits for me for breakfast when I was a kid. He also loved shrimp. So I put the two together in a little comfort package, on my plate, and topped it with avocado, baby kale and chopped spring onions! It was just the right amount of heat and tanginess! ******** There's no recipe for this. ( I marinated 8 Shrimp in Lime, cayenne pepper, chili and sea salt. Then grilled for 5 mins!)
