I’m currently having a love affair with rice cakes. I know some people can’t stand the (lack of) taste or they’re not perceived as “healthy enough,” but I love them.
Since coming home, I’ve been gobbling them down—both sweet and savory varieties.
This morning, I loaded my little cake with 1/2 avocado 🥑 , egg 🍳, tomatoes 🍅 and a sprinkle of hemp seeds. Served alongside a beet-banana 🍌 smoothie. (Ha! I had cake for breakfast. 😛)
