Full day of eating

I don’t think I have the healthiest diet out there by any means, but I try and eat simple whole food that helps me reach my goals. I aim to get better with diet over time but right now this is what most days look like. I was a bit over on fat and a bit under on protein on this day, but it’s fine. .
Breakfast: bagel with almond butter, a little chocolate spread, a banana, and a sprinkle of flaxseed.
Lunch: rye bread with eggs and avocado
Dinner: salmon with rice and veggies
Snacks: protein bar, cashews, pink apple, dried gogi berries, peanut butter, sachet of instant oats, pot of Greek yoghurt (not pictured as it ate it just before bed)
