This is one of the most delicious takes on a Mojito that I have ever tasted. A mix of basil and mango makes this a bit quirky but the addition of Prosecco make this a total crowd pleaser.
Basil and Mango 'posh' Mojito • 50ml gold rum • couple of slices of mango • small lime wedge • 4 mint leaves • 2 basil leaves • crushed ice • prosecco • 15ml sugar syrup -Add mango, basil and lime to a highball glass and muddle. -Add rum and syrup and mix -Fill cup with crushed ice and top with prosecco. -Give it a mix and taste, add more syrup if you like it a bit sweeter.
