Injury Update #5:
Had an hour for lunch so I went on the trainer and cranked out 16 miles. My left leg is still a bit weaker than my right due to the knee brace, but cycling helps equalize the power output a bit. Not looking good for Ironman CDA in 14 weeks, but thankfully triathlon include a swim, bike, and run, so I can focus on at least one discipline for now. Run/Jog/Hike mileage is at 10mpw and I'm hoping for the green light next Monday to be 100% back into training.
