🌞Tuesday Morning☀️ Why get up early and fit a workout in your day everyday? 🤷🏻♀️ Better question to ask is WHY NOT? 🤔
Why as humans, its so easy to eat the non healthy food, watch tv, or not make the better choice?🧐 …..COMFORT! ….We like to go by our feeling and what “FEELS right or comfortable”. …..Where does that get you? ….Overweight, unhealthy, achey, tired, unbalanced hormones, sickness, skin disorders, poor digestion, and the list goes on and on! AND only about 5 mins of satisfaction!
One of the objections when having conversations with people who have given up on themselves or stop doing the healthy behaviors that make a real difference, Their response is, “ I just don’t feel like it,” 🤕
So now what❓
Pick your hard and take the feelings out of it. 🤔
I never “feel” like waking up early or “feel” like working out. 🏋🏽♀️ Well, that easy for you to say “Lee Lee”, if everyone just did that then you wouldn’t have anyone to coach. 🧘🏻♀️ Yes, thats true. So what else keeps you focused and determined?👯♀️ GOALS & My WHY👨👩👧👧 Have you set CLEAR, DEFINED Goals❓ Write them down where you can see them everyday so they are tangible. It will help you stay focus on what you are working towards, so that the days you don’t “feel” like working out or making the better food choice. You can take the “feeling” out of it and just do it. 📝
Then I encourage you to take it a step further and really define your WHY!🤷🏻♀️ Why do you get out of bed in the morning?
Why are you living?
Why do you want to reach those goals? ….Keep asking why till you can’t answer why anymore. 🤩Sound silly! Then put it to test and try it!!!!
