Let's talk about BLOAT 🙄 Just like you, I deal with this as well. I often feel super bloated around thattt time of the month (I probably look the same, but I FEEL like #whalestatus 🐋) and sometimes I'll get bloated a day or two after I eat naughty 💩 For the most part, however, I don't get "a food baby" or hold a bunch of water. Do you know why? 🤔 It's because of my diet! The easiest way to solve bloating issues is to analyze your diet & try to figure out the culprit.. This is what I had to eliminate to get rid of bloat for ME: sugar-free foods, spices such as onion and garlic, high-fiber foods (especially those miracle noodles made of mushrooms), CAFFEINE, carbonated drinks, gum (I used to be a straight up addict), high amounts of dairy (I'm okay with whey, feta cheese & Greek yogurt though), and super high sodium sauces/dressings! Now when I DO get bloated (😡) I try to combat it with magnesium, lemon water, natural diuretics like asparagus.. and then eating as "clean" as possible to further prevent more bloating usually does the trick ✌🏼️ Bloaty feelz are no fun, but it's most likely an inflammatory response to something in your DIET!
