My kids and adults in my classes all week will be working on speed and agility training. Here's a fun little circuit i came up with using the 2 earped walls plus agility ladder and cones. When teaching big classes you always want set up a circuit or drills where the students can be self sufficient and it runs itself. Had the kids do the three different movements you see here and my adults just did it for time 5 mins as a warm up. Tried to move as fast as i could considering im in terrible cardio shape 😅😂 but i was able to complete 3 rounds all in under a min 🙌💪. Got so tired i couldnt make it up the last wall on my last run lol. If you have these tools give it a try!!
