Today I realised just how busy I have been this year. I went over what I got up to since September last year and I realised that in the Last 12 months I have: *Trained 3 classes of Navy Sailors and 1 class of Navy Officers *Competed in 9 Body Building competitions *Competed in 4 Powerlifting competitions *Attained a Cert IV in Fitness *Attained a Cert IV in Training & Assessment *Attained a Cert II and a Cert IV in WHS *Attained a Cert IV in Alcohol and other drugs counselling
No wonder I have felt a little bit tired some days 😂.

Call me loppy lat girl 😂 my posing has become atrocious over the last few months that I let myself slip.. I went from a lean ripped-back bean at 67 kgs back to 74 kgs. Not even mad though because some how I'm still fitting in size 8-10 / small clothing instead of size 12-14 before I started initially preparing for the comp I was going to compete in. In saying this discipline is back in full swing, the next few months I have some serious goals to smash ! Get back down to mini mich , focus on my work and wellbeing and most importantly eliminate unnecessary stress from my life. 👌🏼
