Prepping more newbie SQUARE 1 students who will soon be making waves in the industry.
Our brains literally change (neuroplasticity) in order to compensate for stress-induced poor sensorimotor signaling. Over time, our internal software can become more and more altered. Even using the best technique with the best exercises bolsters the need to compensate (altered software). The conventionalists attempt to clean up all of the aftermath that occurs from compensating (instability, immobility, pain, weakness, etc.) via correctives and tissue interventions. Conventional approaches can and do work but they rarely consistently deliver excellent outcomes.
SQUARE 1 goes deeper to the source of compensation (poor sensorimotor signaling) to intervene. Better signaling almost always instantly improves movement outcomes (stability, mobility, less pain, strength, etc.).
Change the brain, change the game.
