Repost from our Squad member Eileen: "So I don't post progress photos or anything like that because I am no where near my goal but in January I felt so bad about myself. No energy, overweight, always mad about something. So I decided to join a fitness challenge. After that I was hooked. I don't take supplements or drink shakes or teas or anything like that. I've been working out 3 times a week and eating healthier. I still have ways to go. Still sporting the mommy pouch and some excess weight in places I would like to get rid of. I do feel more energy and feel better about myself. I have muscle tone, I'm losing inches. I amaze myself that I can keep up with girls that are way younger than I am at the gym. I happy I made this decision and that I can show my kids how to be active and eat healthier and just live better. I have to thank everyone at @bodmodinc for pushing me harder every week and secretly handing me heavier weights all the time. I really thought I couldn't do it. ❤️❤️❤️💪🏻💪🏻😊😊😊 just felt like venting lol!!!"
