Someone recently asked me about my diet and training... I am flattered 🙏
But the thing is there is so much information, misinformation, crazy extremes approaches towards diet, training and life.
There really is no freaking secret to all of this! Just stop looking for short cuts. Take a simple patient approach towards what you put in your body, how you care for it and train it. Be mindful! Notice what's working and what's not. Keep getting rid of what's not working and be consistent! I repeat be consistent. Stop with the one week on, one week off. Make it who you are. Somebody that takes good care of yourself and the people in your life! #werise
