This isn’t JUST about getting a six pack (although that part doesn’t hurt 🤷♀️). This time round I’m weeeeerking on myself from the inside OUTTTT! .
The fitness part has always came the easiest for me because I have always been an athlete (HAHAHAAA that’s a lie), but 30 min a day to guaranteed results was easy to get on board with. The healthy eating part has always been a struggle, I like food what can I say 🐷. One part of this journey that you don’t always see BUT is equally important is personal development. It’s part of my job to continue to grow as a person (how cool), and in the past I have slacked on keeping up with it. NOT THIS TIME. I’m making it a priority starting today. (Grow Nicole, GROW!) 😛
